Priest Spent Church Money On Candy Crush And Mario Kart

A Catholic priest in Pottstown, Pennsylvania is in trouble thanks to Candy Crush Saga.

Reverend Lawrence Kozak was charged with theft and related crimes for spending $40,000 in church funds over three years on Candy Crush Saga and Mario Kart Tour.

An accountant for the church was stunned by the “astronomical amount of Apple transactions” he found while reviewing the books.

Kozak also had an Amazon account linked to the church that he bought personal stuff with and was removed in 2022.

Breaking the eighth commandment? Not good for a man of the cloth.
