Gigantic Sandwich Created At Pennsylvania Fair To Raise Money For Charity

A group in Lebanon, Pennsylvania created one of the world’s largest Lebanon bologna sandwiches this week at the Lebanon Area Fair.

The crew of volunteers that call themselves “Bologna Security” put together a 150-foot-long sandwich, with every foot sponsored at $100.

The money went to the Lebanon County Christian Ministries to help people with food insecurity in the area get food.

The sandwich was made with 60 slices of provolone cheese and 1,200 slices of half-sweet and original Lebanon Bologna; fairgoers got to eat the sandwich for free on Tuesday night.
